My appreciation for accessories came from my grandmother whose personal style was elegant and sophisticated. She particularly loved handbags, and I loved spending time in her closet perusing her collection and wondering about all the places the bags had been.

As an accessory designer, I see handbags as personal artifacts that hold our individual stories and are meant to be cherished for years. A great handbag is one that holds a tension between originality and timelessness.   

With over a decade of experience sewing and a MFA from the Savannah College of Art and Design, I’ve refined a modern heritage design perspective rooted in storytelling. I celebrate the longevity of leather and practice a meaningful small scale production model. My designs are made to be loved and crafted to last.
